We have a beautiful new road!  Phase 1 of the El Con Quistador Parkway extension is now completed as seen in the first photo below.  Building this extension is the first step required prior to beginning the site work on Seagrass, Phase I of Long Bar Pointe on Sarasota Bay. 

The second photograph is an aerial shot showing the digging of the lakes as well as defining the entrance to Seagrass.  You’ll also notice the removal of the exotics/nuisance vegetation along the shore of Sarasota Bay. 

The final photo is a rendering of the future of western Manatee County.  A prime location estimated to become more popular with the edition of the upscale shopping and restaurants on the county planned round-a-bout.
